Disclaimers
The services provided may not be suitable for you if any of the following apply to you:
- Recent surgeries
- Experienced a neck or head injury
- History of Thrombosis or Embolism
- History of Spondylitis or Spondylosis
- Active Psoriasis or Eczema on scalp
- Undergoing any Cancer treatment Chemotherapy and/or cold caps (High frequency machine specifically)
- Known allergies
- Hair extensions installed
The nature of the treatment contraindicates hair extensions, however the treatments are ideal for those who have recently had them removed.
It is your responsibility to disclose any pertinent medical information or any of the above contraindications in order to ensure safe service. If any information is omitted and result in any adverse consequences then we will not be held accountable.
Heat is not recommended post treatment, however a rough blow dry can be added for an additional fee.
- Textured and non textured hair types welcomed
- No styling is included in any treatment
- Head Space Spa is strictly female only
- 10yr + age restriction in place
Policies
Deposits
A non refundable 20% deposit will be requested at the point of booking
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is accpeted and the desposit will be transferred if more than 24 hours notice is given. If less than 24 hours is given then a new deposit will be requested
Cancellation
Cancellations without rescheduling will result in a lost deposit
No Show
In the result of a no show, or a cancellation within 3 hours of your appointment will result in 50% of the balance (after deposit) being requested. Failure to pay results in no further appointments
These policies in place are regardless of circumstances and are in place to protect the business. Please familiarise yourself with these T&Cs prior to booking. In the unlikely situation in which you are unhappy with your service then please advise Mel prior to leaving the spa so that this can be kindly rectified. There is a strict no refunds policy in place.
Parking on arrival
Please feel free to park on the driveway in front of the gate on the property.Access to the spa is indicated with a sign and bell. If arriving early please wait until your allotted time as a client may still be enjoying their treatment
